I should have known.
I should have known when I bought the 30-Day Shred by Jillian Michaels one night and woke up sore the very next morning.
...Before I even opened the DVD.
I wish I could explain how sore I feel after 3 days of actually completing (and by completing, I mean "attempting to complete") the workouts.
I'm really enjoying it, though (and by enjoying, I mean "Why, oh why, do I have to subject my poor body to this incredible amount of torture???!!!").
Drew's even been working out with me (and by working out with me, I mean "standing in front of the screen, moving my free weights into another room right before I need them, and sitting on my exercise mat eating a popsicle while I do my crunches on the cold tile floor").
But if I want to get back into shape (and by back into shape, I mean "I'd like to trade my entire physique in for, oh... let's say... Heidi Klum's??), I am going to give it my all!

Come over & help me pack boxes. I will pack them and you can carry them to their designated places. I say the combination of strength conditioning and exceptional company makes for a perfect workout time. I will even feed you to nullify all the hard work.
Wow.
In the dictionary next to the words GOOD FRIEND...is not me.
Kudos on your insane workout. MY offer will remain good for only a limited time though.

Been taking a break from blogging lately, so it was so much fun to catch up on your last couple of posts! LOVE that Miss M shares your (my) love of all things chocolate (hilarious). And I'm so proud of you for buying a workout tape and actually using it. I've never made it to that crucial 2nd step before. You'll have to let me know if that's the trick to weight loss. So far, all I've lost is a little weight off the wallet :)
Miss you, dear!!!
